The vehicle front cabin is a challenging working zone exposed to fluctuating heat, airflow, moisture and dust. As a professional manufacturer of custom rubber and foam automotive components, Kingtom has developed three mature PU foam rubber sealing pads specially for left and right front cabin installation: ST-8402713 Front Cabin Left Seal Pad, MRHB-5307114 Front Cabin Right Seal Pad and MEH-5307117 Front Cabin Left Seal Pad. These parts are engineered to match different vehicle compartment structures and deliver complete sealing protection for both ICE and new energy vehicles.
All three sealing pads are manufactured from PU foam rubber. This foam material features fine and uniform cell structure, balancing soft cushioning and stable compression rebound. Compared with solid rubber profiles, PU foam is lighter in weight, maintains consistent compression load and resists permanent deformation after repeated squeezing. It provides reliable waterproofing, dust exclusion, sound and thermal insulation, plus excellent ageing and temperature resistance. It can perform steadily under the cyclic hot-and-humid, oily environment inside the engine compartment for a long service life.
✅ ST-8402713 Front Cabin Left Seal PadThis is an extruded composite sealing profile with embedded metal clip skeleton. Its multi-cavity irregular cross-section allows direct clip-on assembly for stable mounting. The multi-chamber foam structure greatly boosts noise reduction and cushioning performance. It is commonly fitted on the left gap of the front cabin to block driving airflow, mud and water from entering the compartment.
✅ MRHB-5307114 Front Cabin Right Seal PadIt is the matching right-side counterpart of ST-8402713, also produced via PU foam extrusion. Its cross-section is individually developed to fit the right-side mounting points of the front cabin. Used in pairs with the left seal, it fully closes the upper gaps of the engine bay and optimises overall vehicle NVH performance. Custom colour and profile specifications are acceptable per project requirements.
✅ MEH-5307117 Front Cabin Left Seal PadDifferent from extruded strips, this variant is a compression-moulded 3D foam sealing block. It adopts a stepped irregular shape, and selected versions come with adhesive backing for simple stick-on installation without clips. It is designed to fill tight, irregular vacant spaces in the front cabin, combining sealing, heat insulation and limiting cushioning functions. It fits a wide range of layouts for new energy and fuel vehicle engine compartments.
